Dilating at only 29 weeks?

After your first baby, in subsequent pregnancies ur cervix does stay open a tiny bit. Also it is possible to walk around at 4cm for weeks even months. I am 31 weeks and have been having a lot of pressure and that stinging in the cervix feeling for weeks now. And i KNOW that thing stinging is dilation as this is my fourth pregnancy and I remember it from before. They should not be doing an internal on you at all unless it is with a speculum and there is not insertion of fingers involved as this can make you go into labour! Hopefully your little bub stays in there for a while longer yet!
