Ok, for the past year I think I have had a an emotional break down and it is affecting my bodily functions. Or i could just be me acting like a hypochondriac. Well I've had signs of depression, weight loss, mood swings, fatigue, and cramps after lunch. I've been isolating myself frequently. I'm supposed to be seeing a psychologist but I'm not sure there is enough of a problem to take drastic measures. So, I just need someone's opinion. Thanks!
