Flowers and dinner invite to ex gf wise?

I'm doing one last last ditch effort to try to get my ex to see how much she means to me! We broke up probably 3 yrs ago after dating and living together for 2 and a half. She broke up with me and started dating someone else but we kept in touch and she always told me she wasnt sure what she wanted. Long story short we went on 3 yrs of talking and sometimes she would ignore me and flip flop between me and him. Been a roller coaster ride I should be over by now. But I cant help the way I feel about her. Anyways she had a baby to this guy which they are no longer dating single mother. I feel she is ignoring me now because she wants to focus on baby and herself which I respect. I occasionally try and message her on facebook with messages not facebook IMs we are not facebook friends. Never get a response. I did wish her a happy bday and she responded with thanks. I am going to pull one last ditch effort to show how much i care. I have ordered flowers and sent to her apartment and on the card I have a note expressing how i felt and asking her to meet me at a local restaurant on valentines day to enjoy a dinner. My question is how would you girls respond to this? And what should I expect? Will she not respond and not show up? or should she atleast tell me she will not be going?
