Guys, what are qualities that you like in girls?

I'm 13 years old and am in the 8th grade. Iwant to know what guys like in girls. I am smart, outgoing, funny, and good listener. I also figure skate and play flute, piano, and saxophone. I love music! I think I'm kind of pretty. I'm 5'3 and weigh 100 pounds, have olive skin, big brown eyes, black hair. What do guys want in girls, and what can you do to make a guy like you? I like this one guy, and he already is a friend of mine, but I want to be able to hang out with him outside of school. What should I do to see him outside of school that doesn't make it seem like I like him?
