I'm so pissed at my ethnically prejudiced husband.?

I'm mostly Irish and my husband is mostly Scandinavian. He's always claiming the Nordic are SO superior to the Gaelic. He paints the Irish as drunken, illiterate potato-farming leprechauns. I've pulled up all the Irish literary geniuses and the fact that Ireland is #5 on the Human Development Index (Norway is #2 and Sweden is #6), but he will not shut up about his supposed superiority. How can I finally get him to put a sock in it?
