If mohammed couldn't read, how could he be so sure that what was written down ....?

The koran is a fictional peice of literature, designed to confuse people and hide the Truth. I am sure satan (opps I mean mohammed lead by satan) did not really care how or what was written down, just so long as it served to deceive mankind.
