If Mohammed's likeness can be used in the South Park episode Super Best Friends why not Cartoon Wars?
No one said his likeness could not be used, its just that some Muslims find it to be offensive. The same way most Christians would be offended if some other culture did a cartoon with Jesus smoking a blunt.
