Incorporated, LLC...HELP!!?

I am a graphic designer with a work-from-home business. Up until now, I have just done work for family and friends...but now I am starting to pick up clients, and I want to make sure that I am paying taxes, etc. I'm a smart gal, but I have NO IDEA what I am doing here. Do I need to incorporate myself, become an LLC, or what? HELP!!
