Do i go to jail for this ?

I'm on a cross road , my traffic light is blue , the speed limit is 40 m per hour , almost reach the light , i saw a motorbike crosses from the other side , i'm furious , coz the traffic light on the other side has been red for like 10 seconds now , and it's my turn to p , i decided not to stop and hit him and ran over his leg , what charge would i faces ? since he crosses before the light change color which is wrong , also , at the scene i told the police that if i stop , the car behind me might wreck me and continue on from the back , eventhough ( there's no car at a time ) i just want to taught the ( biker ) a lesson , will i go to jail ?
