Period is 12 days late and BFN what is going on?

Last period was April 30. My cycles average 31 days and have only ever gone 35 days once. About two weeks ago I had light pink on toliet paper (only happen one time). I have been feeling cramping on and off for the last 12 days like my period is coming. I have been having more cm than normal, I run to the bathroom thinking AF is starting. I have been very moody and short tempered or I am crying. I have been feeling cold one minute and hot the next. Last night woke up very hot and sweating (I hardly sweat even when I am working out so this did not see normal to me). I just do not feel right. The doctor can't see until July. I am only 29 so I don't think it is menopause. I also have not been under any stress so please do not say it is stress. I have tested seven times all BFN, last one was this morning. I am wondering if anyone has had this many BFN and then a BFP
