What is up with my eyes?

Okay so first off reaaaaaaally dry, they have been dry for about....a month if I think about it. It is very hard to make my eyes stay in focus and it gets worse throughout the day. My eyes also seem to be a bit blurry too. I have no idea what is going on and I just went to the eye doctor about 2 weeks ago and they didn't see anything unusual. Could this just be from seasonal allergies? Or could it possibly be something a bit more serious? It seems to go away for a few days and then come back I am also sneezing and kind of congested thus thinking it could be allergies and that it is spring.
